Frederick hasn't been at this manor for nearly as long as the others. Though it feels like it's been an eternity to him, it means that he's still getting to know the other survivors who've found themselves trapped in this place.

And Emma Woods... is one of those people. It's such a bizarre feeling, seeing her now. While he'd never known her in life, he had heard of her - as a girl who went missing in mysterious circumstances several years ago, her life sensationalized and her disappearance treated as an unsolvable mystery by those who knew of her.

Never would he have dreamed he'd ever end up joining her among the ranks of the missing. ...He wonders if they're looking for him, too. Curious, the Cat King sat on his wooden throne in his cat form , head tilted to the side as he saw Monty in human form approach him. Really curious. Didn't he make it clear he despised the crow when this one tried to lead Edwin into a trap?, why would he come to him now?. Purple flames surrounded him as he shifted into his human body, " Well well....what do we have here, a lost birdie? " he didn't stand he just stared at the boy/crow/man? mhh annoyance is it for now.

" You must be really desperate to come here... or are you here to finish mamma's job? get some reven-ge? ", it was then he felt his cats tense and start hissing at Monty, only when he motioned them to stop with his hand they calmed down hesitantly but they did, in fact he ordered to leave them alone, he wanted no distractions for this, and if he was going to die well they didn't need to see that.

But, you see, here was the problem. There wasn't much to do in Port Townsend. He'd already picked through the wreckage of Ethel's house, taking the few things that were of any significance to him. The one bell toy she'd had made for him, back when she still did things like that, several books of witchcraft and astrology, a deck of tarot cards, and one sketch -done on vellum paper, of Esther with a crow perched on her shoulder.

And once that was over, well, there'd been nothing to do except for wander around and try to practice turning from a boy to a bird. It hurt, in the way only transforming from a five-and-a-half-foot man to a two-foot-long bird could hurt. And he wasn't very good at it.

Unfortunately, he knew someone who was. He went as a man because a bird flying into a den of cats was a good recipe for a dead bird. So it was boy-shaped that he picked his way through a warehouse full of cats, trying very hard to ignore their teeth.

im curious on how you draw your chibis? they are so squishy and theyre like mochis and blueberry muffins (in the best way o m gee) !!

Hi! First of all, thank you! This is a hard one cuz I dont usually draw chibis ehe, but I will try to aid you with the few knowlegment I got. As you can see, I have a lot of styles when it comes to draw cheebs but I think i can resume it in one word: SIMPLIFY

For example, here's a drawing of Gaming I did. Let's dig into it!!

First I tried to replicate the same pose Gaming has in his official art, notice that this not have to follow exactly the same guidelines. "Why?" Well because when drawing a chibi, theres some limitations since the body shrunkens, there is a variety on how cheeb anatomy works but I'll get to that point later-

Forget about detailing too much, like putting in the cheeb every wrinkle of the clothes, every strand of hair or every little costure. With this I am not saying that you have to get rid of ,for example, Furina's decorations in her hat, instead you can simplify them!! If you consider that detail important enough just draw it! (See the image for a example on how I do it)

Negative Space oh man my art teacher used to talk about this a lot and in chibis this is SUPER relevant. A good negative space always leads to clarity, and since cheebs are a really little thing,what we want is exactly that, clarity. Try to make a clear silloutte of what you are trying to convey in the chibi, this will make it look 10 times better for starters.

Lastly, dont forget that cheebs follow the same rules as a normal drawing(like line of action, perspective, etc) In case of cheebs though is usual for the heads, eyes and mouth to be bigger, I'll explain in more detail this below!

Lets go now with Anatomy and Proportions, as I was saying above, there is a lot of variety in cheebs anatomy. I dont think there is a wrong or correct way to draw a chibi here, there is just a lot of ways to draw them altough usually it follows these points:

Chibis are no more than 3 heads in height, after that it just stops feeling like a chibi drawing.

Eyes tends to be bigger, generaly eyes occupies 1/3 of the head. In my case I like to make the ears also just as big as the eyes with the shape of a bean or simply a circle. Moving to the mouth, I draw a simple shape of a triangle, just including the teeths when they smile.

Depending on the proportions you choose, it will give you different results, here you have to choose what you want for your chibi, for example: A proportion of the size of 2 heads + It gives you the liberty of draw more details and complex poses. On the other side a proportion of 1 head or less makes the chibi simpler but at the same time more cute to look at(see my examples at the end of this post!)

Last but not least, use this chart just as a reference, you can draw the bodies roundier, taller, tinier. Its up to your liking!!

Hope that this was not too overwhelming haha, I am not an expert on drawing cheebs but they are fun to try! I tried to summarize my own knowledge and mixed it with some google search(ehe)

Please dont hesitate to try as much as you want, there is a lot of ways to draw the tiny ones and none of them is incorrect. Hope this helps you and thanks for reading!!!

though, when they discover how socially anxious you really are when in public… their view of you doesn’t change! it’s something many people go through, why would they see you any differently because of it?

as someone who’s struggled with speaking in public as well, kohane will definitely help you with that! she’ll take the lead during conversations with others, but slowly let’s you talk more and more each time. she makes sure to congratulate you every time progress is made!

there’s no such thing as being “too awkward” to an. everyone has their quirks! an will talk about conversation starters and how to keep one going if things happen to get awkward. she even demonstrates by talking to customers in weekend garage!

akito doesn’t mind taking lead in public conversations, but sometimes, he’ll ask you questions that link with the conversation to get you talking. of course, he won’t pressure you into anything, and understands if it’s a bit too much. he’ll definitely tell you that he’s proud whenever you do happen to answer his questions!

he wouldn’t say he’s socially anxious, but toya definitely prefers to stay on the quieter side most of the time. he won’t force you into public speaking, but nothing will stop the small smile from forming on his face when you manage to take charge in a conversation.

in general, they love you, and how you act with them and in public. <3

Zuko just groaned, pulling his hands in to cover his face.

Sokka grinned as Zuko unknowingly opened himself up for further attack. He took the opportunity and dove in for another round of sporadic pokes to Zuko’s stomach and ribs.

“Nah-HA hahaha- nohohoho!” Zuko absolutely howled, laughing and scrambling onto his side as his arms flailed down.

My Old man's tale about benetint (product) & review:

in summer 2008 i was 14 & my best friend's family took me to Vegas w them. she had only just moved to my school for 9th grade & i hadn't met her older sister til this trip. She was 21 & soooo insanely beautiful like if barbie was a hollister model she had the look so refined in every sense, i was dazzled by her.

& she was so sweet to us, my friends parents went & did their own thing so the whole trip we spent with her but she wasn't annoyed about it at all she seemed content to hang w us & protect us from vile men along the strip.

On this trip i went to sephora for the first time. hadn't heard of it before. it had huge windows so everything was glowing from sunlight & it was sooo overwhelming. my friend's sister liked this brand benefit so i picked out a little starter kit that came w bad gal mascara, high beam highlighter, booing concealer, and benetint.. Let me tell you for the next year i cherished this kit like it elevated me a new level towards Prestiged Adult Woman status. but the makeup was noticeably nicer quality for sure! from my memory at least.

the thing i remember most was benetint cus i wore it soooo much for the rest of the summer & beyond, i stretched that tiny bottle as far as it wld go cus i luved it sm.. but after it ran out i never tried to use it again idk just being a teen moving onto the next thing. But lately i jst rly wanted a goood lip tiiiint cus i dont wanna b wearing lipstick or gloss all the time its too much i just want chapstick but i like a little more color too.. usually i wld use lip liner but it always felt like it wld smudge off so quick n its kinda drying.

so i tried benetint again bcus i remember it being so easy to put on n then just forget about, it didnt get on ur clothes or teeth or nothin. after wearing for a couple weeks i can say this is still tru! i rly like it, very convenient, chapstick goes gr8 over top so my lips r never dry from it. its kind of expensive but it lasts a long time , for me i dnt have much makeup rn so felt nice to get st i actually use ^^ the taste & smell of it are mildly rosey, rly brings me back to those times..

being in vegas those 4 days w my friend n her sis are definitely a core memory for me it was totally surreal. i wish i had photos still but no clue where to find them, my friend's fb account got hacked years ago n had to get deleted, so many photos gone </3 we stayed at treasure island & across the street was this huge mall that was repeatedly playing an ipod commercial with the song Shut Up & Let Me Go by the ting-tings, like... ON REPEAT, ALL DAY & ALL NIGHT, so that song gives me the wildest flashbacls like i'm literally There. In the august heat. i can smell it like. its amazing thank you advertising :)

this is not an ad btw i mean obviously LOL i honestly just got thinking so hard about vegas '08 after purchasing The Product. oh yeah there was thunderstorms too... i went to hot topic at the mall which was wild for me since they didnt have one any where near my town.. i got some shorts from hollister i remember, also a rarity. friends sis got me my first ever drink, a peach daquiri...just one <3 it was such a nice break from my woeful home life lol i wanted to live in america so bad after this xD

I just wanted to say your posts single-handedly made me like Sho and I made a new account with him as my starter.

I'm still not through with ch2 on my first account (why are the battles so hard I only have 2 SRs to help me and rainbow apples are so limited T-T) so at that point I'd only seen Sho ignore mc and remember getting a short campus event where he literally goes "Oh it's just you, what do you want" or something along those lines so I thought he'd be just as bad as Leo lol. And ngl his design wasn't one of my favorites? But I'm the type who quickly grows on whoever I decide to like so now I love him and his silly bandana and the fact he literally wheels around with Bonnie in fights lol.

I'm especially curious about the Like Dove thing and how it works, initially I thought it was a conscious decision to send (like how Kaito assumed the gossiping girls sent it over for him/Luca) but I sincerely doubt anyone in Vagastrom was popular enough to get one (just bc they're scary) so why did it show up in front of mc and Sho when they barely had talked at that point??? Did he already like her or is it more like a "koi no yokan" thing?? I'm so curious about it. Does it show up in ch3 too? I don't see much mention of it.

Anyways, thank you for your Sho drabbles I love reading them sm!! Honestly I wish someone would upload the whole story somewhere so I can play the game at my own pace bc rn I'm just ITCHING to dump resources and try to get ahead (unsuccessfully)

I also thought Sho was going to be just as bad as Leo and didn't like his design. The more he actually talked to MC and just in general the more that changed. He's not that bad of a guy at the end of the day, just loyal to a fault. I even like his little bandanna now, it's cute.

From the way Kaito describes the like dove I personally took it to mean that it was attracted to strong positive feelings towards someone. It can't exactly be sent somewhere because it is a sentient anomalous and independent animal. There are a few explanations for how the writers determine when it shows up, so I'll just work through my thoughts here.

The boring answer: stealing this one from someone on reddit, but the Like Dove shows up when MC starts making progress on getting close to the ghouls in the dorm. It shows up in Chapter 21 of Book 2 because Leo uses MC's enhancement and Sho feels sorry for her. I don't like this answer as much because it does not exactly explain why the Like Dove does not show up until the end of Book 3, as at least 2/3 of Jabberwock's ghouls like her pretty much from the start.

Still boring but slightly more fun answer: the like dove shows up when MC starts to have or accepts having positive feelings towards the ghouls around her. It appears in Chapter 21 and at the end of Book 3 because MC feels like she's really starting to help their dorms. This does not exactly work with Kaito's explanation that the dove comes to you when someone has positive feelings towards you.

"Yuri is doing lines of cope again" crack answer: I think describing it as a "koi no yokan" type thing probably makes the most sense. Kaito certainly seems to think of it as indicating romantic feelings, but he's a bit of a hopeless romantic so I'll take him with a pinch of salt. The Dove in Book 2 specifically appears after 1) Sho sees Leo and MC sitting on the couch together and asks if they're a thing and 2) MC asks about Sho's cooking. I don't think Sho ever really thought negatively of MC, he doesn't seem to have thought much about her at all. He describes Luca and MC as "normies" who he doesn't think Leo should waste time on, so no real hatred just indifference. Indifference that changes to reluctant fondness that same night when Leo forces him to stay behind by lying and MC compliments his cooking. So yeah, it shows up when someone has a sense that they could have strong positive feelings towards her. You could also say that it came due to the positive feelings Leo had about the ring helping him spy on Tohma and Alan, but I prefer to think it was from Sho. Because fuck Leo.

As you might have gathered the dove does show up again in Book 3, I forget the exact chapter but it's around when Haru promises to help MC with her curse. It's also the only dove that has showed up with all members of a house present, which is one of the reasons I like Jabberwock so much, best house fr fr. I will keep my eye out for it in Book 4 and keep you all updated, if you like my anon friend I'll try to make a summary post of the story so you can know what's going on while you try to convince the game to let you through. I am rooting for you!

So for starters, I think that the reason Darcy would feel an extra strong emotion towards you, would be because you were Marcy’s crush!

Since the Core possesses Marcy, it would probably obtain some of her quirks as well, such as loving you. (This can also be seen in the show, I believe. Y’know with the muffins and the clumsiness)

They would often look through Marcy’s memories to find information about you, like what you enjoyed, your favorite foods and small details about your personality. Sometimes they would even just sit there and watch you for hours on end. Replying their favorite memories over and over again, imagining what it would be like to hold you and simply just being in your presence. At one point, Darcy’s little interest became so strong that you couldn’t really consider it just a crush anymore… it became an obsession. After time, it got so bad that Darcy couldn’t take it any longer. They had to have you, and believe me they were going to.

Now, Darcy would probably feel a bit out of place when it comes to romance. This is a field they aren’t familiar with at all, and they wouldn’t really know what to do about the situation. When she confronted Andrias about this, he suggested that she could simply just ‘ask you out’. Darcy thought about this, and honestly, it didn’t seem like that bad of an idea. Maybe you would actually agree to be with them, I mean based off of Marcy’s memories you seemed like such a kind and understanding person. And if you didn’t agree, they could just make you. You don’t really have a choice, and Darcy had their ways.

After sending out a couple of frobots to get you, they returned a couple of hours later with you, completely unharmed as instructed by Darcy.

Immediately after being dropped off by the robots, thick, heavy metal tentacle-like wires wrapped around you, lifting you off the ground. You struggled, while panicking until you heard a distorted voice that kinda sounded like… Marcy?! “Why hello there, y/n”

Now that Darcy finally has you in their possession, they would insist on accompanying you everywhere. What can I say? Their clingy. And since you guys have established a relationship (you didn’t really get much of a saying in that) she’s not gonna give you that much personal space either. Darcy’s constantly going to have an arm or two wrapped around you, standing uncomfortably close, or leaving light kisses on your face. The many eyes always keeping a closed watch doesn’t make it any better either.

I also have this one head cannon that Darcy is like, super mean to everyone except you! Like for example, they could be shouting their lungs out at Andrias, telling him that he’s such a screwup (#stopAndriasabuse), just being an complete asshole. But when you came waltzing into the room, their mood completely changed and her face light up. “ANDRIAS YOU FOOL, WHY DO YOU ALWAYS HAVE TO BE SO DIFFICULT! I’M GOIN TO- oh hey y/n darling, how’s it going?”

Darcy is a BIG fan of showing her dominance around you! They always tell you have much power they have, sometimes droping a few threats here and there. Of course, Darcy is still a quite polite yandere, but they can be extremely threatening at times. To them, there’s just something about seeing you all frightened that causes such a rush! Another thing they certainly enjoy is to see you all flustered and nervous in front of them. This meaning that Darcy would spend a lot of their time leaving flirtatious remarks, doing stuff like hugging you from behind while whispering in your ear, and just generally flirting with you. Seeing you in such a state makes her feel all fuzzy inside, and she lives for it! They really can’t get enough~

Another hobby of Darcy’s is simply just watching you. You’re entertainment alone just by being your adorable, cute self! (Darcy’s words) All the little things you do, the expressions, the reactions, your smile, the way you slightly poke your tongue out when you’re focusing, they could simply just sit and study you all day long! Darcy also loves to show off her thighs to you, “and here, human, you can see our deadly laser beam! Pretty cool, right?”

Other times, they would just drag you off to eat red velvet cupcakes with ube frosting, and trust me, they eat A LOT of those cupcakes. “Come, our love, we truly desire something to eat now! Therefore, we are bringing you with us to the kitchen to search for cupcakes!”

I believe that Darcy is the type to be a ‘manipulative yandere’. They use manipulation to make you do as they please, and show their love for you.

Punishments aren’t really their forte, since they would much rather just keep you in line by scolding you or tying you up with the wires when you misbehave, but if you’re just gonna keep being impossible, they would gladly put you in your place. “Pathetic. You can’t even follow some simple rules, and you know what happens to rule breakers, don’t you sweetheart?” Isolation is usually what works the best for them, since after the punishment, you become so needy for human contact. After leaving you alone down in the cold, dark cellar for a couple of hours, you become so desperate to be close with Darcy, which is their exact intention. She loves to hold you close, telling you that their the only one you need, all with a red blush spread across their cheeks and a lovesick expression plastered on their face. Call it a bit of a psychological trick if you will.

Darcy is extremely jealous and would probably even keep you away from anyone that is not Andrias (still they don’t like the idea of you being alone with him). This is probably because Darcy possesses Marcy’s body, therefore, they inherited some of Marcy’s trauma, including abandonment issues. They’re just so terrified of the love of their life leaving y’know? seriously in in the past year i have grown so much and i won’t lie when i say a good chunk of it is because of my writing skills 

me writing for everyone of you who read my fanfiction has honestly upped my grades purely because I now know how to write tear bringing angst

so? how much have i grown in the past year?

for starters, i have an amazing gf who met me through this fandom and i love them so much. it is it makes me tear up to write how much i love them- but just keep in mind that whenever i have trouble writing, they’re the one I turn to, and i love them so so much

for those of you who have been reading since august time (which wow okay good job) you might remember that i went into a debate camp and since then i am now on the top debaters in the country for my age bracket and also my debating circuit as a whole and although this isn’t really linked to my writing, it is insane to me that since ive started writing my debating skills gave gotten better

writing. honestly, i prefer plotting over winging things, so please dont hesitate to reach out to plot. i love developing characters and world building, so i do love slice of life, drama, angst, fluff, and all those good stuff. as for smut, i will only do fade to blacks here on tumblr. i am open to headcanoning them, but i’m just more comfortable writing smut on discord lolol. personally, i prefer chemistry between muses instead of jumping straight into the nsfw. so if you’re following me just to write smut, it’s highly likely i won’t respond.
